Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, has launched an AI-powered non-fungible token (NFT) generator called “Bicasso” which has already reached full capacity of 10,000 NFT mints in just 2.5 hours after its beta launch on March 1.

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao has urged users to “turn your creative visions into NFTs with AI” using the image-generation tool that is similar to AI-art platforms such as DALL-E. Users can upload an image or type in creative prompts to create bespoke images using AI.

Initial mint data shows that 9,909 owners created at least one NFT as part of the limited beta. However, these images were only part of the pilot and are not available for resale.

Bicasso has already created a buzz in the NFT market, as the AI-powered generator offers a new level of accessibility for artists and creators to mint their own NFTs without needing to possess extensive technical knowledge or experience.
