The International Blockchain Summit was hosted at IIT Bombay on December 16-17, 2022 and brought together more than 10,000 blockchain experts and enthusiasts.
Speakers included Shiv Kumar Bhasin, COO and CTO of the National Stock Exchange, Shantnoo Saxsena, CEO of Encryptus, and Mru Patel from My Tokenized Capital, who all discussed topics such as crypto, the metaverse, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
As well as this, the summit covered emerging trends in defense, technology, and machine learning.
During the event, Mr. Bhasin examined the potential implementation of a central bank digital currency (CBDC) in India, and Mr. Patel explored the use of NFTs and the metaverse to drive web3 adoption.
Encryptus CEO Shantnoo Saxsena reminded the audience of the importance of educating oneself before investing in digital assets due to the prevalence of scams in the crypto industry.
Major companies such as Mahindra, Netradyne, Kebbi, and BrahMos, as well as representatives from LBank, Google, TATA Consultancy Services, Jio Mobile, and Boeing attended the event.
