KeyFi and inventor Jason Stone have reached a judicial settlement, resolving a series of lawsuits and countersuits.
Celsius Network will be granted a variety of assets from KeyFi, which will encompass wallets containing tokens and valuable non-fungible tokens (NFTs), in addition to the $1.1 million proceeds from the sale of Mutant Ape Yacht Club to billionaire Adam Weitsman.
KeyFi will transmit assets associated with the Spartan, Unslashed, Stakehound, and Fireblocks protocols developed by DeFi. Celsius will divest its assets over the following twelve months, with KeyFi entitled to 10% of the proceeds, capped at a maximum of $500,000.
The wallets contain a wide variety of crypto tokens, such as Dogecoin and USD Coin. Moreover, the wallets contain numerous important NFTs, such as 13 CryptoPunks, 3 Fidenzas, 19 Meebits, 4 Mutant Apes, 14 Otherdeeds, and numerous others from renowned projects like Rarible, World of Women, and Art Blocks.
The liquidation of these NFTs by Celsius has the potential to impact the minimum price of the collections in the upcoming year.
